Sikitita is an early-harvest olive variety that produces a high yield, with a high fat content and good tolerance to cold weather. The fruit is ovoid and symmetrical, medium in weight and black when ripe, without a mucro. The oil extracted from Sikitita olives has excellent organoleptic characteristics, with a fruity and sweet flavour, and a well-balanced bitterness and spiciness.
