Sikitita is a early entry into production variety of olives that presents a high yield and an important fat index with a good tolerance to cold weather. It has an ovoidal and symmetrical shape, without a tip, medium weight and black in maturation. Its oil shows very good organoleptic characteristics and it is characterized by being fruity and sweet, with a balanced between its bitterness and spiciness.
