Visit to the oil mill at Casas de Hitos
A visit to the Casas de Hitos olive mill includes a guided tour led by the mill staff who will explain the entire production process of our excellent quality extra virgin olive oil.
You will learn about the harvesting process, including entry onto the scales and traceability control. In addition, you will see the cleaning of the olives in the yard, milling and grinding, as well as the storage process in the winery and bottling.
The best time to visit is between October 15th and December 15th, which is in the middle of the oil season. However, visits are accepted throughout the year.
The visiting hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm.
