Description

It is a late ripening variety, the olive presents a large size, asymmetrical and has the shape of a horn with the presence of bumps or humps. It has a high fat yield, higher than 20%.
Extra Virgin Cornezuelo oil has very good organoleptic characteristics, with a fruity aroma and pleasant notes of green grass.
